Αναφέρει οτι το καλύτερο μέτρο για τη διεξαγωγή των εκλογών είναι η τροποποίηση του εκλογικού συστήματος με την καθιέρωση της αναλογικής αντιπροσώπειας, η οποία θα επιρέψει να αντιπροσωπευθούν στη Βουλή όλες οι ιδέες και πολιτικές αποχρώσεις. Επίαης, αναφέρει οτι με το νέο εκλογικό σύστημα θα αποφευχθεί η επικράτηση του Μεταξά. (EL)
