Αναφέρει οτι σε συζήτησή του με τον Ι.Ηλιάσκο για την οικονομική και δημοσιονομική κατάσταση της Ελλάδας, ο Ηλιάσκος δήλωσε οτι είναι δυνατή τροπή δύο εσωτερικών δανείων, γεγονός που θα ανακούφιζε τον προϋπολογισμό. Εσωκλείει υπόμνημα του Ηλιάσκου και ζητεί να μάθει αν η Εθνική Τράπεζα θα αναλάβει απο κοινού με την Αθηναϊκή την τροπή των δανείων. (EL)
