Αναφέρει οτι μερικοί Έλληνες της Θεσσαλονίκης επιθυμούν να οργανώσουν εορτή στον κήπο του Λευκού Πύργου υπέρ του Γαλλικού Ερυθρού Σταυρού. Αναφέρει οτι ο Κλέων Χατζή Λάζαρος ζήτησε να επιτραπεί η γιορτή χωρίς τη συμμετοχή Ελλήνων στην οργάνωση. Ζητεί την άποψη του Βενιζέλου και αναφέρει οτι οι κάτοικοι της Θεσσαλονίκης θέλουν να γίνει η γιορτή. (EL)
