Αναφέρει ότι οι Έλληνες της Αμερικής πραγματοποίησαν έρανο για την αγορά πολεμικού σκάφους, ότι τα χρήματα κατατέθηκαν στην Εθνική Τράπεζα και ότι στην επιτυχία του εράνου συνέβαλε ιδιαίτερα ο Σπ.Ματσούκας. Προτείνει να παραγγελθεί η ναυπήγηση της ''Νέας Γενεάς'' και προσδιορίζεται ο τρόπος της πληρωμής του. (EL)
