Αναφέρει ότι οι μπέηδες Ναμήκ και Νιοσάτ από Δέλβινο μετέβησαν στην Αθήνα με την πεποίθηση ότι θα λάμβαναν δάνειο από την Ελληνική Κυβέρνηση με την εγγύηση του Α.Αλεξανδρή, και ότι κατά την παραμονή τους δαπάνησαν όλα τα χρήματά τους με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούν να καλύψουν τα έξοδά τους. Ζητεί από το Βενιζέλο να τους δοθεί επαρκές ποσό σε δάνειο για να μη θεωρηθεί ότι κληθησαν με σκοπό να ταλαιπωρηθούν και να ταπεινωθούν. (EL)
