Αναφέρει ότι σημειώθηκε προέλαση του ελληνικού στρατού και ενός λόχου ιερολοχιτών της Ερσέκας κατά επιδρομέων Αλβανών. Συμπληρώνει ότι, μετά την υποχώρηση και την κατατρόπωση των εν λόγω Αλβανών, οι ιερολοχίτες, κατά διαταγή του Διοικητικού Επιτρόπου Κοσμόπουλου, διέπραξαν λεηλασίες και βιαιοπραγίες σε διάφορα χωριά της Ηπείρου.
