Αναφέρει ότι κοινοποίησε διαταγή του Ε.Βενιζέλου σχετικά με τις λιποταξίες προς τους επαναστάτες, ότι συγκέντρωσε στρατό στην περιοχή της Μονής Τσέπου και εκφράζει την ελπίδα ότι δεν θα επαναληφθούν φαινόμενα λιποταξιών.
