Ζητεί επίσης να ψηφισθεί άμεσα νομοσχέδιο για την απαλλοτρίωση ή να δοθεί άδεια καταλήψεως των εγκαταλελειμένων χωριών, ώστε να είναι δυνατή η μόνιμη εγκατάσταση. (EL)
