Αναφέρει ότι αποφασίστηκε η έκδοση νέας εφημερίδας με φιλελεύθερο χαρακτήρα και επισημαίνει ότι το Κόμμα των Φιλελευθέρων δεν πρέπει να παρασυρθεί από τυφλή εμπάθεια και αφροσύνη, αντίθετα να δράσει με εργατικότητα και προγραμματισμό.
