Προτείνει να συγκεντρωθούν οι στρατιωτικές ενισχύσεις προς το παρόν στην Ανατολική Μακεδονία και ζητεί να ενημερωθεί για οποιαδήποτε νεότερη πληροφορία για την κατάσταση του στρατού στη Θράκη. (EL)
