More than 600 artifacts from the collection of the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle cover the major phases of Macedonia's history during the 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as the social, economic, political, and military developments that decisively influenced the future of Hellenism in the region. The collection primarily consists of war-related items, such as weapons, equipment, uniforms, and personal belongings of Macedonian struggle fighters (Makedonomachoi), including Pavlos Melas, Tellos Agras (Sarantos Agapinos), Captain Nikiforos (Ioannis Demestichas), and Captain Nidas (Nikostratos Kalomenopoulos). Notable among them are 250 3D digitizations of objects, which include an interesting collection of Hellenic Army vehicles and artillery pieces consisting of handmade models.
