Αναφέρει οτι η Ελλάδα δεν μπορεί να διακόψει τις διαπραγμετεύσεις και να εεπαναλάβει τις εχθροπραξίες, γιατί η κοινή γνώμη της Γαλλίας και της Αγγλίας είναι ενάντια στην επανάληψη του πολέμου και επομένως η Ελλάδα δεν θα έχει τη στήριξη των δύο χωρών. Επίσης, αναφέρει οτι οι εχθροπραξίες δεν μπορούν να επαναληφθούν, αν δεν υπάρξει εξασφάλιση από το βουλγαρικό κίνδυνο. (EL)
