Συγχαίρει το Διομήδη για την επιτυχία του δανείου υπέρ των προσφύγων. Διαψεύδει την πληροφορία ότι είχε επέλθει συμφωνία για κατανομή των δαπανών της Μικρασιατικής Εκστρατείας μεταξύ των συμμάχων. Διεψεύδει επίσης το ότι, μετά τον Ιούλιο του 1919 επήλθε μεταβολή όσον αφορά τους όρους παροχής πολεμικού υλικού και ότι η αξία αυτού έπρεπε να καταβάλλεται από την Ελλάδαστους συμμάχους τοις μετρητοίς.
