Αναφέρει οτι ο Τσαλδάρης στα εγκαίνια του εκλογικού κέντρου Αθηνών κατηγόρησε το Βενιζέλο ότι φοβάται τον έλεγχο του πόθεν έσχες και ότι ο Ι.Ράλλης τον χαρακτήρισε υπεύθυνο για τη μη πρόληψη των κακών αποτελεσμάτων. Αναφέρει την ανακάλυψη καταχρήσεων σε Υπουργεία και ότι στη Βουλγαρία υπάρχει νόμος, που υποχρεώνει τους υπαλλήλους να δηλώνουν την περιουσιακή τους κατάσταση. Τέλος, αναφέρει ότι στη Ρουμανία υπάρχει νόμος για τον έλεγχο των περιουσιών από το 1914 και εξετάζει την εφαρμογή του στην Ελλάδα. (EL)
