Αναφέρει ότι εσωκλείει δύο υπομνήματα σχετικά με τους δύο προφυλακισμένους Βαΐδες Τσεβδέτ και Αλή στις φυλακές του Παλαμιδίου στο Ναύπλιο. Ζητεί από το Βενιζέλο να τακτοποιηθεί η υπόθεση των δύο φυλακισμένων, ώστε άν είναι αθώοι να αποφυλακιστούν και να απαλλαγούν από τις άθλιες συνθήκες, που επικρατούν στις φυλακές του Παλαμιδίου. (EL)
