Αναφέρει ότι αποστέλλει αποκόμματα εφημερίδων με άρθρα, από τα οποία ένα αποτελεί το κύκνειο άσμα του Μακεδονικού Γραφείου. Εκθέτει το έργο του Μακεδονικού Γραφείου και αναφέρεται στη διαδικασία, με την οποία αυτό έκλεισε, λέγοντας ότι επρόκειτο για παρεξήγηση. Τέλος, συνιστά στο Βενιζέλο προσοχή και επιφυλακτικότητα απέναντι σε όσους δηλώνουν φιλία και ειδικά στον αντιπρόσωπο της Ελλάδας στο Παρίσι. (EL)
