Επισημαίνει ότι ένα τέτοιο κίνημα θα αποτελέσει αφορμή εξέγερσης διαφόρων λαών της Μ.Ασίας εναντίον των Τούρκων και θα συντελέσει στη διευκόλυνση του έργου του ελληνικού στρατού. (EL)
