Εκφράζει την ικανοποίησή του διότι ο Nansen δέχτηκε να βοηθήσει στην διάσωση των προσφύγων και του εξηγεί για ποιούς λόγους το έργο αυτό είναι πολύ σημαντικό. Τονίζει επίσης την ανάγκη να ξεκινήσει η μεταφορά των προσφύγων πριν από την υπογραφή της ειρήνης. (EL)
