Αναφέρει οτι θέτει στη διάθεσή του το ποσό των 2950 λιρών Αγγλίας από τη δωρεά Μιχαλινού και ζητεί να τοποθετηθεί πλάκα στο μικροβιολογικό εργαστήριο και στο νοσοκομείο που να μηνμονεύει οτι η ανέγερση έγινε με τη δωρεά. Εκφράζει την ελπίδα οτι το ποσό θα αποτελέσει την αρχή αποτελεσματικής μέριμνας κατά της λέπρας και οτι είναι ευτυχής που συμφωνεί με την ανάγκη σύστασης αντιλεπρικής ένωσης. (EL)
