Αναφέρει οτι μελέτησε τις παρατηρήσεις του αντισυνταγατάρχη της χωροφυλακής Δ.Σκουλούδη για το σχέδιο του νέου οργανισμού χωροφυλακής και οτι σχημάτισε την άποψη πως ο νέος οργανισμός είναι πολυτελής. Προτείνει το σχηματισμό επιτροπής, στην οποία θα συμμετέχουν ο Σκουλούδης και ο Χατζηϊωάννου, για να μελετήσει εκ νέου το ζήτημα. (EL)
