Αναφέρει ότι ο Γάλλος αρχιστράτηγος αδυνατεί να ικανοποιήσει το αίτημα της Ελλάδας για ανάκληση των δυνάμεών της από τη Βεσσαραβία, και υπόσχεται να το κάνει μόλις αυτό καταστεί δυνατό. Συμπληρώνει ότι ο Γάλλος αρχιστράτηγος θεωρεί αναγκαία την παρουσία ισχυρής δύναμης στη Μακεδονία κυρίως για την καταστολή πιθανού Μουσουλμανικού κινήματος. (EL)
